There are 5 types of membership open to any breeder, owner, or fancier of the Miniature Pinscher breed who subscribes to the purposes and objectives of the Association, agrees to abide by the Association Code of Ethics, and who is in good standing with U.K.C.

 

 

 

Types of Membership:
Single Membership
Open to members 18 years of age or older. Single members are entitled to one vote, are eligible to hold office in the Association.
Family/Household Membership
Open to any two members of a household 18 years of age or older. Each Family/Household membership is entitled to two votes but only one member may hold office at any one time.
Junior Membership
Junior membership is open to anyone twelve to seventeen years of age, with parental signature. Juniors may convert to Single membership upon reaching their 18th birthday. Junior members shall not be entitled to vote nor eligible to hold office, but receive Association correspondence and shall be eligible for annual trophies or awards offered by or through the Association.
Associate Membership
Associate members may be new to the breed, new to dog showing or simply persons who do not have the required sponsors for full membership. These members join in order to learn the inner workings of a dog club, learn to exhibit their dogs and become acquainted with club members that may become their sponsors for full Single Membership. Associates are expected to work at UKC club events, should be promoting the breed in their area by learning to show in UKC events and/or participate in MPBA club events. Associate members can apply for Single membership after 1 year. Associate members shall neither be entitled to vote, nor eligible to hold office, nor listed on the website, but are a supporting member that receive Association correspondence and shall be eligible for annual trophies or awards offered by or through the Association.
Foreign Membership.
Open to individuals who reside outside of the United States. Foreign members shall not be entitled to vote nor eligible to hold office, but are a supporting member that receive Association correspondence and shall be eligible for annual trophies or awards offered by or through the Association. Dues may be set at a higher rate in order to cover additional postage.
Sponsors.
Each application shall be endorsed by two current Association members from two different households in good standing. Exception is made for Associate Memberships which do not have full member decision- making privileges & therefore do not require sponsors.

2. Complete the application

3. With your signed application include
          a. signed Code of Ethics,
          b. signed UKC MinPin Standard
          c. signed LAST PAGE of the Constitution and By Laws

4. Mail your application and dues to the NMPBA secretary
